All appointments scheduled and paid for must be rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session.  There is some flexibility allowed for emergency situations but remember a scheduled session is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot cannot be rescheduled. 

Sessions with "No Show" with no notice of cancellation  and no session confirmation will not be rescheduled.
